Oops...

Park is open for one hour...1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunrise...wonder how many people use this park for only those hours...

    I am sorry... English is not my native language... They had to write "1/2 hr before sunrise to 1/2 hr after sunset", or somehow else?

      Yes Margelaene...it should have read 1/2 hr before sunrise to 1/2 hr after sunset...You got it right, even if they did not...
