This is another old standby...Bridal Veil...it's been around for as long as I can remember...it's a shrub that gets full of these blooms and the branches droop from the load of blooms... though I wonder if I've gotten some mixed up as these look alot like some type of berry bloom...hhhmmm???
They do look like a type of berry blossom...hmmmm.

I think you're right. We call it bridal wreath. But they are the same type of leaves.
