I'm pretty sure it wants to do what it wants to do. Mine always blooms twice. Once near Halloween and once again in April. There's not a Christmas in either of those months huh. I love the white ones like yours with the cute little pink "tongues". We have a gold one that the kids say looks like a dragon cuz it's tongue is red. Great plant. Are ya gonna do a Tea Party too? You could display your photos and advertise your etsy shop and wear a lovely tea hat and gloves and be all arty.....yeah come on be crazy too.
My father-in-law was a landscaper and he used to grow these in his greenhouse for Christmas and then a different group for Easter. Now you can get them all year long.
