Oil Spill...

Think we will survive the oil spill... or will it turn the ocean toxic and block the sunshine from the sea plants...which will not put out the oxygen that we need... live while you can... never know when it will end...

Canada Geese...

The baby geese are here...there are 5 families on the lake...some little, some bigger...

Dragonfly...

Dragonflies are interesting...I got one sucked into my helmet the other day...had to lift the shield to let it out...looked really weird inside the helmet...

This plant is blooming in my office...doesn't look like it should be in the office, does it...

Beautiful sunshine...I sat out back of the office/shop building...closed my eyes and enjoyed the heat of Father Sol...

The cottonwood trees are in bloom...looks like snow in May...love it as it flies everywhere...

My daughter has a pet toad in her pond...had to use a flash as it was late in the day, but isn't he cute...

Happy Memorial Day...

Pa was part of the VFW for many years...marched in the Memorial Day parade...he says he's too tired these days... Have a great Memorial Day...remember the veterans...

This rose bush has so many blooms...they are beautiful...

This purple clematis has more of a middle ...So feathery...

Lily of the Valley...

In my yard by the camper is a nice area of Lily of the Valley...They are blooming wonderfully right now...the aroma is terrific as you stand nearby or just pass by...

Steeple...

In the neighbor town, there is a courthouse with this steeple...it was lit the other night after an ArtHop which I attended (sold a print) ... It looked so nice...

Grandkids...

The daughter-in-law and grandkids ran races Saturday... the youngest was playing with Grandma's camera... here we are... can you tell it's us?

There is this bush around here...Gram called it a Bridal Veil flower...It's is full bloom now...

It's rumored that there was a grape vineyard in our area long ago... there are wild grapes growing in the most unlikely places...
