Sunset...again...

A week or so ago, we had this tremendous sunset; my phone did not take the same photo...it is said that the smoke in the atmosphere from the fires out west are giving us such nice sunsets...

???

What does this look like to you?  

I took it to a critique at our photo club and he said it looked like some kind of wedding veil...

We had some heavy duty winds around here this week...it make Lake Michigan very angry and she took it out on the lighthouses and beaches...

Itty bitty moon

Has anyone noticed that itty bitty moon recently...

Ripples

Since the number of residents at the lake has dwindled and the lake is very quiet and smooth in the mornings, I've been taking the rowboat out for some much needed exercise...

This is all reflections of trees, leaves, a cottage building...the ripples are from the rowboat...and there is a bit of green bloom floating...it was an interesting photo...

Fungus

This fungus was about 1 1/2' across...I've never seen one this size...plus it had the ripples and water in the center for critters...it lasted about 2 weeks in the brush pile and then faded to brown and mush...so cool...

Foggy Morning

This appears to be a black and white of the morning haze on the lake...the reflection of the bench is nice...
