Boat Show...

Saw this beautiful wood sailboat and a show recently...so much work to keep these in this condition...love it...but I'm too lazy to do all that maintenance...

New Chick and Mom...

The new chick is now getting on the roost...she's so cute hiding under one of her moms...

Lake Haze...

As the air and lake are different temperatures, a nice photogenic haze rests over the lake in the mornings...

Beach Walking...

Here's two of my grands enjoying the beach...almost looks like autumn doesn't it??

MIlk weed flowers...

This spring the milkweed flowers enticed so many bees
and friends...the smell wonderful...can't wait for the milkweed pods to break open this fall...

Stair steps...

While taking moon pictures one evening, I included these reflections of the moon on the lake...the ripples make these 'stair steps'...

Can't stop thinking about the couple the taliban stoned to death the other day...please light a candle for them...

Fungi...

There is some really cool fungi living around our place...this slug thinks it makes a good dinner...

Vulture Stare...

From our zoo visit...this vulture just stared...creepy...but cool also...

New chick...

I have a new chick...she has three hens vying for her attention...they all think they are her mother...it's so cute...she is always with one of them...

Garden Ornaments...

I purchased this sun thingy at a craft show...a spider enjoyed the rain drops falling from it...unfortunately, he would not hold to have his picture taken...he was more interested in his dinner...

Construction zone...

They are doing construction a a stretch of road on my daily commute...this is as seen from behind the steering wheel...after a night out...

Take a guess...what is this...it's not in it's usual position...

Pink and purple...

Look at this sky...it's a sunset...the clouds were moving fast...

White and fuzzy...

Look at this little guy...he's just the fuzziest caterpillar ever...

tried to get a picture of his face, but wasn't sure if it was his face or his other end...

Is this just a strange cloud formation or did a plane fly through it and leave a trail???

Car Show...

Went to a car show ... red is always a popular color...

The Thunderbirds are very photogenic...

Just loved the orange in this one...

and off course, notice the lovely black and yellow of these tire/wheels...
